Poor service

Very disappointed in the delivery of an "overnight" parcel. Unfortunately, it fell on a Friday, and from 16H00, I tried calling the Jhb and EL offices, they don't even pick up their phones. It is Monday now, and was told before 8 this morning, it will be prioritized. After 6 hours, my parcel still not delivered!!! Why do you pay for overnight, when it takes three days. First and last time I use them.
