Bad service and rude customer service

They are in possession of an engine that was supposed to have been delivered by then more than 2 weeks ago, upon inquiry they said that additional storage fees were to be paid, even though it was paid the engine has still not been delivered and now known of their numbers are being answered not even the manager who said that he will keep my father up to date as to when the delivery will be made.
