Unprofessional behaviour

Made an arrangment to come in the morning, so the car can be test driven and checked. Here my email after getting the written quote - after requesting this quote for couple of times - I had the feeling that they didnt want to quote in a written way - to just escalate further the price.

I suggest you never leave your car there, it will get expensive. I espacially chosen the headquarters. No response from them.

"HI Danie,

Shane told me the gearbox Kit and cv joints between 10K to 15K. You told me 12-18K

Now – I can see a gear box offer and and recon driveshaft, no new cv joints for 24K

I thought that you are a serious company – this is not right at all.

Please change your quote as discussed or explain to me the changes.
