RDG Boksburg - Worst service ever
Absolute worst service ever received.
Constantly need to follow up with the service provider, Receptionist doesnt give messages to the relevant people, Manager doesnt answer her phone.
Danie and Simpiwe - wont recommend working with them AT ALL
My car has been with them for a week and a half but no feedback as to when the car will be fixed, or how much it'll cost or what is wrong with the car

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience that you have endured. We would however like to advise that from the outset, your husband was advised that we would only commence with the removal of the transmission within 3-4 days after your vehicle was brought to us. Unfortunately, we experienced some difficulty in the physical removal because of a retaining bolt we struggled to dislodge. This compounded the time taken. Your husband was informed of the additional delay and as stated at the outset the delay is regretted.The approximate cost to repair was also provided to your husbandPlease be assured that once approval to proceed has been provided the repair will be prioritisedRegards Dennis McLachlan
