Please help me retrieve my hard earned money and gearbox.

I was looking for Rex Diff and Gearbox Durban Pinetown to do an inspection on a gearbox I was about to purchase from a s**** yard but your sales guy by the name of Kevin Dorasamy offered to look at my VW Touran gearbox, promising it might cost less to repair it then buying a gearbox from the s**** yards.

I curse the day I agreed into this trap as he even offered to come collect the gearbox since it was already stripped. I agreed and canceled purchasing the s**** yard gearbox, he came in the company vehicle to collect my gearbox and a couple days later returned with a quote and asked for a deposit. I gave him my hard earned money as a deposit but luckily I made him sign some paper for the deposit as I saw this as a red flag.

Till today I have not received my gearbox, everytime I come to the office they tell me his out on clients, I even have recordings of when I call him giving me a run around about back orders on the parts needed for the repair work.

Please help me retrieve my hard earned money and gearbox.
