dont use rex gearbox

i have had an issue with a cvt gearbox done by rex i have spoken to the rep in durban (cannot seem to answer emails or return calls) i have spoken to the gm and she put me on to a frans who also never returns calls this has been ongoing for almost a year now VERY DISAPPOINTING
