Car repairs

My car is been with these guys for 6 months, they havebt even tried to contacts me everytime I just make a follow up and nothing is happening..I cant understand how a gearbox is fixed for 6 months.. this os the worst experience I have ever come across..its a nightmare imagine 6 months without a car, no communication, no update nothing. I will advice people not tk use these ****med and they are really sl unprofessional and ****med.. I regret the people that recommended then and took my car to these people.. I dont think even so called ametures can take this long and these parts in south africa for automatic gearbox this thing of them sourcing parts overseas it's just an excuse worse they don't even want to pay back my money and bring the car what a waste and Bad experience I've ever experienced..
