Apathy towards client

Rex diff and gearbox have disappointed me terribly with their apathetic attitude towards the client. My vehicle was booked in on the 13/10/2015 for a gearbox recon which was meant to take 5 working days. My vehicle was only ready 17 working days later due to difficulties with the repair. During this period I had to chase for feedback and updates constantly. When I requested call backs, none were received. Instead I received emails with poor excuses.<br> The vehicle was collected and paid for in full on the 5th November only to have the clips holding the gear cable snap off on the drive home. RDG technicians arrived the following day to patch the cable on with cable ties! By the following Tuesday (10th) I had still not had contact from RDG regarding how they were going to remedy the situation. Once again a call was requested and a pithy email received. Escalated the matter to the manager, on the Thursday and promised a call back which only occurred the following Tuesday! I will never again use RDG.
