Unbelievably slow service

I signed up with RSAWEB last week and it was a struggle to get the wifi connected. One department says my service is avtivate but 6 hours later another dept says i am not activated and then i was told the order was still in progress. all this done on watsap and the responses from agents are so time consuming. today i contacted RSAWEB for a different issue and was introduced to an agen who asked how may i assist at 10.07am, i told him my issue and i am still waiting for a response. this was my experience last week with other agents also. i am now waiting for another agent since 10.39am. Surely once the agent makes contact they will be able to help within 5 min. why do they not respond afterweards
