Bad service

I app**** for Fixed LTE network with RSAWEB and I received the faulty router and called them since they were not responding to their other means of communication. They promised to replace the router the following day. I am still sitting with a faulty router, whenever I called them they keep on saying someone will call me or they will deliver the router. Their customer service is bad
