Urn repairs gone wrong!!!
I was referred to Revteq by Games stores. I took my urn for repairs on the 14th of January 2016. I was then told that I would be contacted with an update on cost of repairs and completion day. I then took it upon myself to contact them on the 19th when I heard nothing from them. I was then informed of the repair cost and date of collection. My daughter went to collect on 22nd as agreed. When she arrived there she witnessed and waited on George the technician to put together the urn. If they were honest enough and the urn was working as they had said they should have showed my daughter that it was actually fixed. When the urn was at home we tested it same day was not working and the faulty switch was still loose and faulty. Revteq got paid for nothing. I then immediately contacted the company to tell them that the urn was not working. They were not happy and tried to pin the blame on me when I'm not even an electrician. After numerous arguments they said I can bring it back Monday 25th. When I called for feedback they are blaming my kids that they might have mishandled the urn in the car when it was collected. They refuse to fix the urn and they also refusing to pay me back my money
