Pathetic service

I have been trying to get a quote from these people for a backup power system with the second life batteries, but I get referrals to people who are not really interested. It is a struggle to get hold of anyone, and when you do, you get told to send a mail. I have my doubts as to their ability to provide a service, and if they do, they will never be able to provide any after sales service. This is beyond pathetic.
