Revov batteries bad service

I had a solar system with a Revov battery installed last year November About 12 days ago the battery stopped working. I couriered the battery to their workshop in Durban as I am in Uvongo KZN. They received the battery on Thursday 9 November and promised to inspect is straight away. There is a guy called Josh that works there. He send an email to say the he has to swop the BMS on the battery and he would do that on Friday 10 November. He also stated that he would the test it the next week and I would get it back by Friday 17 November. So far I have not received the battery nor any feedback. I tried also phoning his manager called Warren with no response. I send them massages and still no response. This is absolutely outrageous andthe worst customer feedback I have experienced. In the email I was also told that there will be a cost involved although the battery comes with a 10 year warrenty. I wish to publish this reveiw and try and convince people not to buy these batteries as the after sale service is non existant.
