Revolve Service Centre Badmouths Volvo cars/value

It is shocking as a Volvo owner and former customer of revolve service centre Parow Cape Town the way they badmouth me and told a new customer whom I recommended to them after selling him a 10yr old Volvo XC90 T6. Robert and Elmarie told him that the vehicle is only worth R65000. (Why? When the retail value is R140,000) The Volvo XC90 T6 7 seater is in good condition and was sold as is. Now revolve service centre quotes +-R60000 to fix it. After I spoke to Robert he admits the vehicle is safe to drive whereas he told the new owner it's not. Also that he could not see what is wrong, because it is so compact . when I asked him why he didn't warn me of a certain part that he knew was cracked before I left for Jhb, he kept quiet. The vehicle is safe he said. Needles to say the new owner blames me for faults that revolve service centre quoted for. Also did Robert of revolve service centre say to me 'he hopes they sue me for all i,ve got' before he put the phone down in my ear. It,s clear to me Revolve service centre only work on Volvo's because they can over charge for repairs/services and not because they respect the Volvo brand. Robert himself advised me against buying Volvo cars.
