Unprofessional and False Advertising BE WARNED!

Hi,

For any of those looking to sign up with Revoluxion for ISP services, please be very cautious! Firstly they never call back, you will sit and wait for days on end and nobody will bother to call you. Secondly the packages are NOT uncapped! For example 10mbps Uncapped as per their adverti*****t actually means 100GB in data! Should you be one of the unfortunate to be in a 24 month contract then i feel your pain. Always make sure to ask any Internet Service Provider about their Fair Usage Policy! Had i not made sure to ask then i would most likely have been stuck in a 24 month contract where i would only have 100GB a month to use after assuming that i would actually be uncapped.

The sales team has next to no knowledge of what they are selling and they seem to like making more excuses than actual answers.
