********ly debited by Revolution Marketing

On the 15th of May 2018, I was debited an amount of R99 by Ref: Revolution/800...(for security purposes I choose to not write the ref number in full). So immediately I called Absa to enquire about this debit order. Absa then provided me with a number for South African Payments. I then called the number for SA Payments and they provided me with the number for Revolution Marketing, which they also referred to as Value Added Rewards. I then called the company and requested that they reverse the debit order and never ever debit my account again because I did not give them permission or know anything about the company...it really was ****************. The lady then informed me that they are all in a meeting and cannot attend to me at the moment and I informed her that it is very unprofessional of them to not attend to customers such as myself who have been ********ly charged for a service they have no knowledge of or even accepted for that matter. She then proceeded to dropping the phone on me. I immediately called back but the number was engaged and I called again after 10mins. I asked her why she dropped the phone on me and she denied it and said it must be the phoneline so I asked her again to reverse the debit order but then she started asking me personal questions like my contact details and address, which I refused to provide because the debit order reference and my name should have been sufficient enough for her to pull out all my details...they managed to debit my account without me providing the information...come on now. SO I will really appreciate if my case is attended to the amount reversed and for Revolution Marketing to not debit my account again,
