Bad costumer service

Revolution cycles in capetown central not sure were to start bad attitude or very useless at service or was it because I don't fit into there category? I walked in to the shop yesterday at around 11am a white guy with glasses approach ed me I asked him if he got a pump head for a ryder floor pump he tunes me that they only do spezilazed bicycles and products and then tells me that all pipes on pumps are different. Which is ****. I well diffently won't be going back to that shop noar will support them.
