Worst agents in Cape Town

These people are the worst agency I’ve ever dealt with. They are rude, slow and have no regard for tenants. If you write a bad review on Google they will delete it. I didn’t get my deposit cause they charged me for wear and tear. The first year I stayed in their property the house was in disrepair. They promised for the whole year that they were gonna fix it. Only did renovations in the later part of the year. Steven Vaughan particularly is the worst of the bunch. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. After two years of using them my mental health had improved from having to deal with them. Every month the amount I had to pay changed, it was never consistent. They have so many hidden costs. They won’t give you justifications of these extra costs by the way. It’ll just be high and different every month. Never use them if you want to have a happy life
