The company's communication is great

The company's communication is great. They are clear and transparent. The only reason why it's not 5 stars is because their response could've been faster in comparison to other agencies and I'm struggling to get a viewing or a time that works for everyone. I stay 3 hours outside of Cape Town and I need my friend to go to the viewing. But other than that, the service has been excellent.
