<div>Worst experience I have had with a rental agency and that comes after much trail. I relocated from Joburg and on the day in question made the necessary payments, unknown to me they were not immediate payments although I generated and sent through the necessary PoPs, the agent handing over the key said he would not grant us access to premises regardless of the scenario until we had made an immediate payment. This money was later refunded after a week but the strain it caused at the time was unimaginable factoring in other interprovincial relocation costs. I actually decided to leave the property after the rental escalation after my lease ended was in the access of 30%. The rentals during my lease period was R6500 &amp; R450 (unsecured parking fee) the renewed lease they sent had R8500 (rentals) &amp; R500 (parking). The was no common courtesy extended to offer an explanation around the unprecedented increases - it was rather unsettling to have to move out in such a manner. The cherry on top of the cake was the moving out process, they just blatantly refused to refund my deposit. No communication whatsoever I went as far as calling the CEO after finding his number he said he would lodge an investigation and as I speak I still do not have my deposit. During my lease we had many security concerns including break ins at the property that our agents did not care to address on our behalf with body corporate of the building. This company is purely profit driven and takes NO CARE whatsoever for the people who stay at their properties. My personal sentiments to Revo/Evo: Change this business approach it will not get you anywhere. The profit in your line of business is generated by satisfied customers, no amount of rebrands will save you once you furnish yourself once more people start sharing their experiences.</div>
