I paid application fee before i could view the place
I paid application fee before i could view the place. I asked for refund. I called the office but one lady answered and she said its non refundable and i should deal straight with agent for clarification. But then i asked to be transferred to rental department where i spoke with Rachel and she helped me promptly.
