Wrong product and exorbitant pricing

<p>I used Charlie 2 in 1 Face Makeup in Toast Shade for many many years until Revlon decided that it gets double for the same product branded as Revlon and they discontinued the line. I went to Clicks in the Ballito Junction Mall and the make up assistant assured me the the Revlon Photoready in Toast was exactly the same as the Charlie 2 in one makeup - I tried it the next day and it was like powder not a face make up at all. I tried to go back and swap it and she refusesd saying that I used the product and that Revlon would not accept it back. I was forced to pay another R325 (now I am at R650) for the 2 in one from Revlon. </p> <p>I think that Revlon have forgotten their loyal customers who supported them by buying Charlie products and also if the make up assistant sells me the incorrect product surely I should have the right to another product as replacement.</p> <p>Gues Im going to have to look for an alternative brand...</p>
