Worst mascara ever

I decided to try a Revlon mascara since it was being promoted in Clicks. I usually buy Rimmel or Maybelline and now I know why. I bought your Bold Lacquer mascara and it is the worst mascara I have ever used. The brush was terrible and the mascara kept clumping. I tried it for a couple days and eventually gave up. It was an expensive mascara and I expected to be impressed. I feel ****** as I had to go buy another mascara a couple days later and now I'm R170 down. You should be embarrassed to have such a bad product out there.
