Sticky foundation

<p>I bought the Revlon Colorstay Stay Active foundation from Dischem in December. The foundation is supposed to be matt according to the label but when I apply this to my skin it is sticky and my face shines as if I app**** Vaseline to my skin. I sent an email to Revlon in Jan 2017 to complain about the product but have not received any feedback or response from anyone. I will not buy a Revlon product ever again if this is the customer service one receives </p> <p> </p>
