Revlon - Quick to take money, but can't pay back what they owe you

On the 16 Dec I bought items at the white tent sale in Jetpark. My transaction were double debited of my bank account. On the 18 Dec I've send a msg on Revlon's FB and since then I have followed up and not getting any join from Revlon. The last feedback on this was on the 19 Feb stating they will get back to me, till date nothing.
