Revlon foundation getting bad to worse

I have been wearing revlon for over 15 years and since last year the product has been very weak and runny I have written to Mary Dixon Senior Claims Representative and she doesn't respond to me and it's ridiculous how she doesn't reply to my email and I need to keep messaging over and over.its been a year now that I have bought a powder and foundation every second months because that's how I buy but the product isn't how it used to be. And no one seems to care I have been getting really bad ****les because of this watery texture and I have been getting burning feeling on my face only since January last year.i need help ASAP on this because this is frustrating revlon isn't a cheap product to use
