Revlon bad service

I just want to let people know,this company's customer service is BAD,I have logged a complaint on 27 January 2023,for a product of Revlon that damaged my clothes,I was suppose to receive replacement products within 3 weeks,it is now 3 MONTHS later,and I have emailed them,they just don't reply. I want people to know,to not use this company's products anymore,because should you have a claim one day,you will have endless trouble with them. BAD SERVICE
