Not the right colour in bottle

Good day to whom this may concern.

I would like to state that i’ve been using Revlon for 6 years now and never was i rhis dissapointed in the product , i’ve been using Revlon 001Buff Camios and today when i smeared the foundation on i looked like an orange pumpkin! Clicks won’t give me a refund of R335 or replace it maybe with a new one i was told that it might be an error with your machines on how it became a darker colour .Please assist with this matter as it is unacceptable .
