No Service and No Response

<p>I bought two sets of the Colour Stay gel Envy in December of 2016, I complained on the 2nd of January 2017 as it chips and doesn't last like they have stated, they said to me that they have receieved my complaint and I would recieve my product within 3 to 4 weeks. My mom also complained about her product and she receievd her replacement products on the 7th of February 2017. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIEVED MY REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS. I have phoned the call centre as well on two different occasions, once in February and once again in March when I spoke to Bridget who said that she would take it up with her manger. I still to this day have not heard anything back from them or received my replacement products. There is no customer service what so ever. They replcement products still chip as well.</p>
