No communication

On the 20/11/2024 i gave my complain about one of the products Mitchum that i have used that gave a nasty smell i revlceived an email from ghem with ref nr #*** that they will be sending me a product inhad to give my adres etc. I have send them emails regading to follow up about my product i received no info back from them.
