Hair Dye not as indicated!!

I bought the Revlon Colorsilk hair dye over the weekend in colour 73 - Champagne Blonde, My hair was a dark blonde and as such my hair should have gone more blonde according to your colour chart on the box however I instead ended up with a colour that is the same if not a shade darker. I am highly unimpressed as well as it having been a waste of my money I now have to spend more money to dye it the colour I want as well as I now run the risk of damaging my hair by re-dying it so soon. I am not sure if the wrong colour was put in the box or if your indicator is incorrect, either way it is not ok and I am the one suffering for it.
