Great Customer Service!!!

I need to compliment Revlon and especially Rooby Guerra that was true to her/his word! I send an e-mail, not even knowing if anybody would take the time to respond or take a minute to try solve my problem.

Not only did Rooby helped me, my product that I was unhappy with, was delivered at my house in the time frame she/he said it will take!
