Frustrated with Lack of Communication

I am extremely disappointed with Revlon's customer service. I submitted a complaint and, despite following up, I have yet to receive any acknowledgment or confirmation. The lack of communication and responsiveness is frustrating and shows a disregard for customer satisfaction.
