Disappointed customer

I have been using Revlon for the past 15 years and never had a problem, however recently I have noticed that the face powder that I purchase whilst using it becomes hard and cannot be used anymore. This has happened with my last three purchases of this face powder. This is unacceptable. Revlon needs to do something about their products or soon nobody will be purchasing Revlon products.
