Difference in voltage US & SA Ons-step volumizer

I bought a Revlon Pro collection Salon Ons-step Volumizer in the USA on Amazon. Now I am back in South Africa, just to find out that our voltage are different. Why would you make all your other products in a way you can use it anywhere on the globe but not this one? I bought it in August 2019 it ist the beste product ever but unfortunately now I can't use it. And to buy a new one is super expensive! I still cot now reply form you it has been weeks since I complained about this 2 email and nothing. Sorry you just lost a customer!!
