Damaged product

Good dat. I have sent facebook messages i have emaild. They sent me a email back stating have to reply with postal dress. But the email is a no reply mail. I have bought a deoderant its leaking all over. I bought a perfume gift set the perfume does not spray it is leaking not spraying. They dont call you yhey dont reply. How must i sent a adress if you dont respond or give me a mail to sent it to. Really bad service
