Damaged goods

I bought a revlon colorstay make up at foschini Johannessburg Cnr Ellof and President Streets and it was damaged and i returned it at rundburg squre at foschini and all I got was a bad service for the some agent called vusi, I don't know how she got that job to be servicing customers with that attitude she is rude and has a stinking attitude. <br> <br> The regional manager and the store manager are also inconsiderate for it is not my fault the product I bought is damaged so must I now go back to Johannesburg to return the product that is so inappropriate, I took my time to return that make up and I need it tomorrow morning and the managers are just top busy to attend to my query and I'm still waiting for their call since they took my numbers to call me back. i want to close my account I wont continue to have an account with such a service. Their meetings are more important than the customers needs? then why are they operating? I'm so disappointed and angry
