Combination to Oily skin foundation has no benefits - still shines like a NON-diamond !!!!

So - when you buy a product from combination/oily skin - surely you expect it to NOT make you skin oily, right ? NOT !!!!! The Colorstay Foundation makes my skin so oily and shiny I have to keep on applying powder to mattify my face - by lunchtime I have caked on so much of make-up I look animated!!!! It is ridiculous. And for the money you pay for Revlon you would think their products are in fact for the skin type it says on the bottle. IT IS NOT !!!! And I am highly disappointed as this was the first time I ever tried this.
