Causes damage, dry hair and lumps - do not use (Terrible product)

I purchased 2 boxes of Revlon and did a patch test as instructed. I had no side effects by conducting the patch test. After 24 hours of the patch test I app**** the color to my entire head. I left the dye on for 15 minutes and washed it as per instructions. My hair became rough and damaged. I also have a lump on my head after washing it out. My hair is so damaged after using this product. I count not even use my straightener has i am extremely scared of what else could happen to my hair. I have taken extremely good care of my hair and due to me not able to go to the salon I chose to use this product - if i only knew the damage it would cause me. As a lady my hair represents me and coming to work this morning was the most embarrassing day and i would need to go through this for a while. why do products like this get sold to cause damage and lumps on ladies hair. i have followed all the instructions as per pamphlet so how did this happen. it is so unfair to me as a woman.
