Bald hair after using Revlon relaxer

Hi I bought a Revlon Softness free ,Avo Honey relaxer for girls (Regular at Dis Chem Mall of Africa ,exp date 10 /2022 in a pinkish container. O2May 2020 and decided to do my hair on 04 May 2020 followed all the instructions as soon as I wash my hair all my hair came out in the water as if I used hair remover now I have a bald ,I tried to contact their customer line due to lock down I couldn't get through to them on the 08 May 2020 I went to Dis chem ,their respond was they will only give me my money back there's nothing more they can assist me with rather than giving my money back I should call the customer line for further assistance. I'am stuck with R25 and no hair the trauma of not having hair in a min I didn't wishing to remove my hair I just wanted to comb and have a beautiful hair now I have no hair at all .iam traumatize everytime I look in the mirror. I bought this hair product as I trust Revlon to be the best in the business from make up ,lipstick and hair products ect ,now iam hurt and disappointed above all traumatize looking in the mirror
