Bald after using Revlon Cream relaxer

I bought Revlon Softn free Avo Honey Cream relaxer for girls at Dic chem Mall of Africa on 02 May 2020 I decided to do my hair on the 4th May 2020 . I followed all the instructions as soon as I wash my hair with water all my hair was removed as if I used hair remover now I dont have hair iam bald due to this product. I went to Dis Chem on the 08 May they told me they will only give my money back noting more to assist with I must call Revlon costumer care line due to lock down line didn't go through. Iam so traumatized when I look in the mirror I bought this product as I know Revlon is the best in the business I trusted it from cosmetics to hair products now iam very surprised and traumatize by this experience with my hair being removed
