Bad service

<p>I bought a revlon product yesterday and the container was faulty. this morning i phoned revlon and spoke to a lady her name is Paulina she is so rude first of all (acting like she was doing me a favour). she then took my details and said somebody will contact me. when i asked her will it be today she rep**** no it wil be next week sometimes. i just feel when i bought something wheter it is cheap or expensive i whant value for my money as money dont grow on trees you know. I need this to be sorted out as soon as posible</p>
