Revive.rsa Dissatisfied, frustrated

I ordered a pair Yeezy sneaker on the 14th September 2023 online that was advertised on Instagram as Revive.rsa. payment went through and was emailed order#4741. On they Instagram page they have a whatsup number for enquires.

So now I have been trying to do a follow-up on my order by messaging, emailing to all emails. Worse now I tried to whatsup to *** not responding, even trying to phone on whatsup and no answer. I am very frustrated, I wonder if it was not a ****. Now I don't know how to track my order
