They damaged my apple watch

Hello Peter,

I bought my Apple Watch in February, and by March it already started giving me problems and was not charging properly. I then sent it in for repair because of the charging issue.

I have now received pictures showing the watch cracked and chipped, but I never sent my Apple Watch in that condition. The watch was not damaged when I handed it over. Please investigate this matter and explain how the damage occurred.Now they want me to pay additional amount and courier money that will cost 1700 just to courier I want my Apple Watch there is was no chip and cracked
