Disappointed

I bought a laptop from you guys and I have since been trying to return it as it is not working! I have submitted 3 request and each time you pretend like the device was pick from me fixed and returned then you close the case! I am so disappointed with the way you have handle this as I have paid money but left with a laptop that is no good to me
