Worst place ever

What a dissapointment, very fast to contact you when you enquire. I have never been so unhappy walking out of a salon. I enquired about a special, they then invited me to check my hair. Upon this consultation it was advised what would be done, a full colour, trimming of the ends. I then said i dont want a full colour only as its boring, she then suggested what she would do is take a small piece of extention (caramel) and cut it in half to add it to the full colour. Really very impressed with the selling skills. I then made my appointment. I also a day before requested a quotation, was told it will be 1350. Upon arrival, i get asked so what are we doing and i said well I was here so what she said. The assistant started with my hair, then all of a sudden the stylist (not the one who sold it so perfectly) came to me and said so the full colour is 1350 and the extention is 1750. I was very unhappy and said there is no way im paying that. End story, i walked out with one plain colour (even darker shade than what i went in with) my head was not touched by a stylist, the assistant did my hair. My ends were not cut so i will not recommend this place, they are deceiving and upon complaining they are ******** as well. Very bad experience, be warned. Do not use this place. I paid 1350 for basically making my hair black (which i will never do) and this was all done by a assistant, not even a stylist. Never again.
