Poor Time Management and unprofessional

Time management is this spa’s biggest downfall! This has happened on two occasions visiting this spa. After requesting specifically to have a short break between treatments and waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes between 2 treatments is ridiculous! Having a rushed treatment and 2 separate the******s finishing a pedi because of poor planning is unprofessional. The spa’s amenities are also looking worn and unmaintained.
