Complaint and no feedback from them.

The Hairsalon is really terrible with aftercare service. I have send a complaint email on Wednesday 28 September 2022 and I haven't received any feedback as yet. I have send follow up emails and called in once and was advise I will get a response and nothing to date. You pay thousands of Rands for extensions and then they fit them the wrong way around and on first attempt it got loose within a day. Seriously I can not believe it took them this long to give a response to a complaint. Management of the spa said over the phone and telephonically they will be nothing to date. I guess once they got your money they are happy and doesn't care for service after that.
