Revive dry cleaners to tighten up their service delivery

My last visit at Revive dry cleaners was very disappointing. I took in a water proof rucksack for a zip replacement. Only to get it back from them, looking tatty. The zip Revive had put in doesn’t actually close the bag, plus they had destroyed the fabric with messy, random, stitching. This job took a full two weeks on top of it. I came in twice for my bag, only to be told to come back after a few days. They also charge you for the job in advance.
