Extremely Dissatisfied with Shoe Repair Service

I am want to express my extreme disappointment with the recent experience I had at your Bryanston branch regarding the repair of my shoes.

On the 7th of August 2024, I submitted my shoes for repair and paid in full, specifically for the replacement of the full sole. I was informed that the repair would be completed by 15 August 2024 according to the slip given to me. However, when I arrived on that date, I was asked to approve the ordered sole and was told that the shoes would be ready for collection on 20 August 2024.

Despite no communication confirming the readiness of my shoes on the promised date, I visited the store on 21 August 2024, only to find that the repair was still incomplete. I was shocked and disappointed that a simple sole replacement could take over two weeks.

To my further dismay, I had to visit the store again on 26 August 2024, before finally being able to collect my repaired shoes. This entire process has taken nearly three weeks, which is an unacceptable amount of time for such a basic service.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I received from your Bryanston branch. I do not believe that I will be returning to your store in the future.
